RNX NERO POWER® is applied where irrigation water is the limiting factor.
The system is installed in-line, downstream of fertigation, in existing irrigation networks. It requires no power supply and no change to agronomic practice.
Row and field crops under irrigation, where water availability or cost constrains output. Our 2025 trial was conducted on maize in Northern Italy under a season of above-average temperatures and irregular rainfall.
Relevant where: irrigation water is metered, restricted or expensive; seasons are increasingly variable; yield stability matters more than peak yield.
Controlled environments where irrigation is the only water input and water quality directly determines outcomes. Our 2023 trial covered 420 plants over a full four-month cycle.
Relevant where: the length of the vegetative phase drives operating cost; nutrient efficiency is closely managed; crop quality parameters carry commercial weight.
